" Le Pecheur D'Etoiles ",
Means, Fisherman of the Stars, French, or a dreamer, given to her by the famous French Canadian singer "Paulo Noel" who owned the boat for many years.
She was built in the "Isles De La Madeleine", Quebec in 1955 where she spent her working life in the North Sea as an eastern rig-fishing trawler.
Since then she has undergone major renovation, Including the addition of a generator and a water maker, preserving as much of the original woodwork as possible. She is now fully converted as a long range training ship for up to 20 crew.
