Cover with water and bring to a very slow boil .
Prep:
2 large carrots peeled cut into 1/2 pieces.
6 spring onions with green tops sliced 1/4".

1/2 leek would be great, washed and sliced, but this in the BAHAMAS not going to happen.

Chili Pecheur
~~~~~
Thaw about 5 0r 6 of those wonderful Sea Base burgers and break up into small pieces.
Cover with chili powder and brown in olive oil.
Add one diced onion, 2 stalks of celery sliced thin.
Cook until tender,
Do not burn.
Add 5 or 6 cans of chili.
Now this is the tough part.
While you were at Man O War you did buy 1 jar of hot salsa and some V 8 juice to stir in,
and of course tortilla chips to serve the chili over, didnt you?
Think outside of the bowl !
You can strech this further if you serve over rice.
For a little more zip add a few shakes of ground hot pepper and stir.
